I am the founder and
CEO of TLC Medical. I have been in the DME industry for over 20 year. I
opened my first DME in 1986 in Dickson Tennessee. It was called
Volunteer Medical. I sold that company in 1990 and did Medical
Consulting for several years. I moved my family to Franklin in 1993, and
started TLC Medical a few years later. I wanted to build a company on
the principles of Integrity, Service! Over the past 10 years TLC has
grown to serve all of Middle Tennessee. We strive to provide the best

Shaila Lankford |
When
my husband, Monty, started TLC Medical in 1996 I was in the nursing
program at Belmont University. I graduated from Belmont in May of
1999 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and started working at TLC.
In January 2001, I started TLC Medisend Pharmacy, a mail order
pharmacy that services our respiratory patients. In January 2004 I
became the Billing Manager at TLC Medical and continued in that role
until January 2006. My office is set up at home now where I continue
to be involved and work on special projects for the company.

Chief Operations Officer:
Joey Lankford |
Joey Lankford is the Chief Operations
Officer of TLC Medical. He started his employment with TLC Medical in
June of 1998. Prior to TLC he attended Howard Payne University in
Brownwood, TX., studying Business Administration. He, his wife Courtney
and their two children live in College Grove, TN. |
Nathan Lankford |
My name is Nathan Lankford! I am part
owner and the director of Sales & Marketing for TLC Medical. I have
been with TLC Medical for almost five years! I really enjoy visiting
Physician's offices and Hospitals. I am the person to contact if TLC
can ever assist you in anything! I have been married for 2 years! My
wife’s name is Tiffany and we have a newborn son named Cy! I attend
Thompson Station Church and love the outdoors. My hobby is Hunting!

Chief Financial Officer:
Tom Loperfido |
Tom Loperfido joined TLC Medical in March
of 2006 as the Chief Financial Officer. He has over 25 years of
experience in financial management & administration, business
development and operations in the healthcare industry. His background
includes the positions of Vice President – Operations’ Finance with a
national healthcare management services company, Manager with KPMG Peat
Marwick, in their Healthcare Consulting Practice and Vice President –
Finance & Administration with a multi-state, publicly held healthcare
organization. Tom received his Accounting Degree from the University of
Kentucky and his CPA certification in the State of Tennessee.

I joined the TLC Medical Oxygen & Hospital
Equipment, Inc. Team in August of 2002 as a Front Desk Receptionist.
Since that time I have held several different titles, CSR, MDC and
presently hold the title of Corporate MDC/QA.
When away from TLC Medical I spend my free
time gardening and attempting to conquer the game of “Golf”. I presently
reside in Fairview TN with my husband and beloved dog, Dakota. |
Billing Manager:
Melissa Davis |
I have worked in
the billing department for two years, I am the billing manger.
My responsibilities are for making sure all revenue is billed
and collected properly within my department according to each
payer’s guidelines. I also work very closely with each billing
specialist in my department to insure that each patient’s
account is taken care of with accuracy and in a timely manner.
My family and I
have lived in the Franklin/Brentwood area for 10 years. We
have one daughter and our family dog.

Accounting Coordinator:
Richard Andrews |
My name is Richard Andrews and I am the
Accounting Coordinator here at TLC Medical. I have worked here for
almost two years now and really enjoy the working environment that has
been created. I am currently pursuing an Accounting degree at Middle
Tennessee State University and should graduate next fall. I recently
married my girlfriend of three years and we are very happy living in the
Cool Springs area.

Billing Specialist
Debby Lorow |
My name is
Debby Lorow. I have been employed by TLC since February 2006. I am
in the billing department where I post payments and work customer
accounts, plus a few other things.
I
have worked in the Durable Medical Equipment field for 7 years.
I moved to Tennessee in August
of 2004 with my husband, dog, and 3 miniature horses.
